Using the Customer Portal
The LITE⚡BLOX Customer Portal at portal.liteblox.de gives you web-based access to your battery data, telemetry history, and account management. The portal is available in German and English.
Signing In
Sign in with the same account you use in the mobile app:
- Email and password
- Sign in with Google
- Sign in with Apple
Your credentials are shared between the app and the portal via Firebase Authentication. If you created your account in the app, you can use the same login on the portal immediately.
Dashboard
The portal dashboard gives you an overview of all your registered devices:
- Total devices — number of batteries linked to your account
- Online status — which devices have recently reported data (shown with a green/gray indicator)
- Last telemetry — when data was last received
- Active alerts — any current warnings or errors
Each device shows its name, serial number, type, firmware version, battery voltage, state of charge, and assigned vehicle.
Activity Feed
The dashboard includes a recent activity feed showing:
- Service request updates
- Device assignments and unassignments
- Vehicles added
- Error conditions detected
Battery Data
Select a device to view detailed telemetry data. The data page displays historical readings in chart form, allowing you to track trends over time and filter by date range.
Data Export
The portal supports data export in compliance with the EU Data Act (Regulation 2023/2854). You have the right to export your battery data at any time.
Export options:
- Time period: Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months
- Format: JSON or CSV
- Scope: All devices or selected devices
Exports are processed as background jobs. Once ready, you can download the file directly from the portal. Previous exports are listed in your export history for re-download.
Service Tickets
View and track service requests from the portal. This includes tickets created from the mobile app as well as those opened by the support team on your behalf.
Account Management
From your account page you can:
- View your profile information (name, email, phone)
- See your sign-in method (Email, Google, or Apple)
- View your registered devices
- See your member since date
- Manage analytics tracking consent
- Access Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
- Delete your account — in accordance with GDPR, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.
Language
The portal is available in German (default) and English. You can switch the language from the login page or portal settings.
