What is a LITE⚡BLOX battery?
LITE⚡BLOX batteries are high-performance LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) accumulators developed and manufactured by Litewerks GmbH in Konstanz, Germany. They are designed for motorsport, performance vehicles, classic cars, campervans, and marine applications, offering significant weight savings compared to conventional lead-acid batteries.

Which product lines are available?
LITE⚡BLOX offers several series: PERFORMANCE (carbon fiber housing, motorsport and sports cars), PREMIUM (modern vehicles with start-stop and energy management), SMART (classic cars and youngtimers), PROFESSIONAL (racing series like GT, DTM, Rally), TRAX (budget entry-level), and CAMPER (START and STORE series for campervans and boats). Which hardware generations support the app?
The LITE⚡BLOX app supports all hardware generations: V1, V2, V3, and ITECC — all with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity.

What is the warranty?
All LITE⚡BLOX batteries come with a 5-year extended material warranty. For warranty claims, contact support@liteblox.de or open a service request.

The App

What does I.K.O.S. do?
I.K.O.S. (Intelligent Kill Operation Switch) lets you remotely disconnect your battery via the app. When activated, the battery enters deep sleep mode with minimal current draw. This is useful for long-term storage, winter storage, or preventing discharge when the vehicle is not in use.

What does A.V.A.T. do?
A.V.A.T. (Active Vehicle Anti Theft) is a theft protection feature. When armed, the battery disconnects within milliseconds if an unauthorized start attempt is detected, preventing the vehicle from being started.

Can I connect from multiple phones?
Only one phone can be connected to a battery at a time. To switch phones, disconnect the first phone before connecting from the second one.

Do I need the app to use my battery?
No. Your LITE⚡BLOX battery works independently as a vehicle battery. The app provides monitoring, diagnostics, I.K.O.S./A.V.A.T. control, firmware updates, and advanced configuration — but the battery functions normally without it.

Account & Privacy

How do I create an account?
Download the LITE⚡BLOX app and sign up with your email address, or use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. The same account works for both the mobile app and the Customer Portal at portal.liteblox.de.

How is my data stored?
Your battery telemetry data is stored securely on servers in the European Union. We comply with GDPR and the EU Data Act (Regulation 2023/2854, effective September 2025).

Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your battery telemetry data from the Customer Portal at portal.liteblox.de. Export is available in JSON or CSV format for time periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months. This is your right under the EU Data Act.

Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Customer Portal under Account settings. This action is irreversible and complies with GDPR.

You can open a service request directly from the LITE⚡BLOX app or through the Customer Portal. Our support team will review your request and respond.
